Meet The Founder
Kerrey Hunt brings more than thirty years of insurance industry experience to Resolute Health Care Advisors. She began her career at a Fortune 50 insurer, progressing from claims data entry to program management. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in resolving claim payment discrepancies, system programming, training and education, vendor management, policy development, and preparation for federal audits. Her background spans both operational and compliance functions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how health plans administer benefits, manage risk, and meet regulatory requirements.
Kerrey also has extensive experience in compliance and management roles, serving as a subject matter expert for both national and contract‑level Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) audits. She is proficient in all components of RADV, including project management and reporting, data analysis, coding validation, and chart retrieval operations. She also developed proprietary audit tools designed to strengthen Medicare health plan performance and ensure organizations are positioned to excel during RADV audits.
Resolute Health Care Advisors launched in 2006. It has served SWAPA and RADV health plans for more than 14 years. Kerrey is passionate about educating clients, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, and simplifying insurance solutions. Her work is grounded in clear communication, practical guidance, streamlined projects, and a commitment to helping clients operate more efficiently.
