Meet The Founder Of Resolute
Kerrey Hunt brings over thirty years of insurance experience to Resolute Health Care Advisors. She began her insurance career at Cigna from claims data entry through claims management. Her responsibilities included resolving claim payment discrepancies, system programming, training and education, and managing the Arizona Medicare claims market, its vendors, policy documentation, and federal audit preparation.
Following her tenure at Cigna, Kerrey worked in Compliance and Project Management at PopHealthCare where she served as a subject matter expert for national and contract-level Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) audits. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of RADV including project management and reporting, data analysis, coding, and chart retrieval. Kerrey developed proprietary tools, served as a primary contact for clients, and ensured the timely submission of deliverables.
Kerrey launched Resolute Health Care Advisors in 2006. She has been serving the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association since 2012. Kerrey is passionate about educating clients about their healthcare benefits, effectively navigating the healthcare system, and simplifying insurance solutions.
