We believe that simple fees, in return for superior work nurture significant, long-term relationships. All services include unlimited access to RESOLUTE Client Advisors, authorized representatives, a quarterly newsletter, and referral discounts.
As a member of RESOLUTE consulting services, your fee never increases as long as your policy is current and active, even if you switch health plans! To preserve our low rates, there is an initial $99.00 enrollment fee due with the first month of enrollment. There is no annual fee thereafter.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: Monthly subscribers benefit from having RESOLUTE at their disposal any time of year. Whether you have Open Enrollment questions or need an authorized personal representative, your fee never changes.
• Individuals – $24.95/month
• Families* – $29.95/month
Annual subscribers receive twelve months for the price of ten!
PROJECT-BASED CONSULTING: This plan is best suited for members bringing closure to one particular issue. Common interests include attorney requests and estate settlements.
• 10% of actual savings or refund, whichever is greater, or
• $75.00 / hour.
*To be eligible for a family subscription, all dependents must be listed on the same health insurance policy. Spouses with Medicare plans are eligible for the family rate as long as both members are enrolled by the same insurance carrier and plan name.
**Annual contracts may be canceled at any time for a pro-rata refund. The $99.00 enrollment fee is non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective the 1st of the following month. Refunds are mailed promptly for remaining months paid but not used. Refer to the Terms and Conditions policy for further information.
